Username Requirements

• usernames must be at least 5 characters in length
• do not use your email address as your username
• do not use special characters except . (period), – (dash), or _ (underscore)
• use all lowercase (no UPPERCASE or MixedCase)

Secure Password Guidelines

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Never write your password down.
• Never reuse your password on any other web site or computer system.
• Consider using a secure password manager like KeePass, LastPass, or 1Password to store your passwords.
• Change your password regularly. We will send you an email when your password is about to expire.
• Change your password immediately if you suspect that it could have been compromised.
• After 6 unsuccessful login attempts your account will be locked.
